Subprocessors and Service Providers

Up n Around may use service providers and subprocessors to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. This page gives a practical overview of vendor categories and will be updated as material providers change.
How providers may process information
Providers may process personal information only as needed to perform services for Up n Around, subject to applicable contracts, platform rules, privacy commitments, security requirements, and legal obligations. Provider access should be limited based on role and need.
Current and expected categories
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure: application hosting, storage, databases, networking, logging, and security.
- Authentication and SMS: phone verification, one-time codes, carrier delivery, fraud prevention, STOP/HELP handling, and diagnostics.
- Email and communication: early access updates, support messages, legal notices, and delivery diagnostics.
- Push notifications: notification delivery through mobile operating systems and device tokens.
- Analytics, performance, and crash reporting: aggregate usage, reliability, errors, crashes, and app performance if enabled.
- Maps, location, or place services: location context, nearby context, maps, venues, or place search if enabled.
- Payments and app stores: purchases, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, taxes, fraud prevention, and entitlements if paid features launch.
- Moderation, safety, and support: user reports, support tickets, abuse prevention, investigations, and appeals.
- Legal, compliance, and professional services: legal requests, audits, accounting, security review, and compliance support.
Provider list and changes
The exact provider list may change as the service evolves. We may add, remove, or replace providers when needed for security, reliability, product features, legal compliance, or business operations. When a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we will update this page, our Privacy Policy, or other notices as appropriate.
International processing
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Where legally required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
