Promotions and Contest Rules

Up n Around may later offer referrals, invite rewards, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, sponsored features, affiliate offers, or other promotions. These rules apply unless a specific promotion has its own official rules.
No purchase required where prohibited
Promotions will be offered only where permitted by law. If a promotion is a sweepstakes, contest, or similar prize promotion, any required official rules should disclose eligibility, entry period, how to enter, prize details, odds where required, winner selection, taxes, restrictions, and any no-purchase method of entry where legally required.
Eligibility
Eligibility may be limited by age, location, account status, fraud checks, platform rules, legal restrictions, or promotion-specific terms. Employees, contractors, partners, and household members may be excluded where appropriate.
Referral and reward abuse
You may not manipulate referrals, invites, rewards, promotions, reviews, rankings, or engagement metrics. Prohibited behavior includes fake accounts, self-referrals, spam invitations, automated activity, misleading claims, purchase or review manipulation, collusion, or any activity we believe undermines the promotion.
Sponsorship and advertising disclosures
If we sponsor content, pay creators, provide rewards for endorsements, run affiliate offers, or ask users to post about Up n Around for a chance to win something, participants may need to clearly disclose the connection in each relevant post or message. A promotion-specific rule may require disclosures such as "ad", "sponsored", "contest", or "sweepstakes" where appropriate.
Changes, cancellation, and enforcement
We may modify, suspend, cancel, or withhold rewards for a promotion if fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, platform restrictions, or other factors affect fairness, security, or operation. We may disqualify entries or accounts that violate these rules, our Terms, or promotion-specific terms.
Taxes and responsibility
Winners or reward recipients are responsible for taxes, fees, permissions, and compliance with laws that apply to them. We may require forms, verification, or releases before awarding certain prizes or rewards.
Platform rules
Promotions offered through Apple, Google, social platforms, or other third-party services may also be subject to those platforms' rules. Unless stated otherwise, third-party platforms do not sponsor, administer, or endorse Up n Around promotions.
