Accessibility Statement
Effective date: June 22, 2026
Up n Around wants the website and app to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or have visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, or other disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim to improve accessibility over time and to consider recognized accessibility practices when designing, building, and updating the service. Accessibility work may include semantic markup, keyboard support, visible focus states, readable contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
Known limits
Up n Around is still evolving. Some content, screenshots, third-party tools, app-store pages, maps, embedded services, or experimental features may not fully meet every accessibility expectation. We will prioritize fixes based on severity, user impact, technical feasibility, and product changes.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble accessing any part of Up n Around, contact support@upnaround.app. Please include the page or feature, the device and browser or app version you used, the assistive technology involved if any, and a short description of the problem. We may need to ask follow-up questions to understand and resolve the issue.
No retaliation
We do not want people to avoid reporting accessibility barriers. Good-faith accessibility feedback helps improve the service.
