Feature-Specific Terms

These terms apply only if and when Up n Around offers the feature described. They do not mean every feature is currently available. They work with our Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Privacy Choices, Data Retention and Deletion, Subprocessors and Service Providers, and Special Situations.
AI and automated systems
If Up n Around offers AI, automated moderation, automated recommendations, summaries, friend suggestions, plan suggestions, ranking, spam detection, safety tools, or similar automated systems, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI or automated outputs for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or precise location tracking.
We may use automated systems to detect spam, fraud, abuse, safety risks, and policy violations, and to personalize or improve the service. Where required, we will provide notice, choices, human review, appeal rights, or additional disclosures. Users may not exploit, probe, evade, or manipulate automated systems, safety classifiers, ranking systems, or moderation tools.
Creator, business, venue, and host accounts
If we offer accounts or tools for creators, businesses, venues, promoters, organizers, hosts, or communities, those users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, posts, offers, events, claims, prices, availability, safety information, permissions, licenses, and compliance with law. We may require verification, business information, tax information, payout information, additional rules, or approval before such features are used.
Business or host accounts may not mislead users, impersonate others, manipulate reviews or engagement, spam invitations, misuse user data, or contact users outside permitted channels. We may label, rank, limit, suspend, or remove business or creator features where needed for safety, quality, trust, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or product integrity.
Marketplace, payments, tickets, and user transactions
If Up n Around later supports payments, ticketing, paid events, subscriptions, paid groups, boosts, digital goods, creator payments, venue payments, peer-to-peer payments, deposits, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payouts, or marketplace-style transactions, additional purchase terms may apply before checkout or enrollment.
Payments may be processed by app stores, payment processors, banks, card networks, tax providers, fraud-prevention vendors, or other service providers. We may withhold, reverse, suspend, or delay access to payments, tickets, benefits, payouts, or entitlements for suspected fraud, abuse, payment failure, refund abuse, chargebacks, legal compliance, app-store rules, processor rules, sanctions, or safety concerns. Users are responsible for taxes, fees, eligibility, and accuracy of transaction information where applicable.
Official events and Up n Around-hosted activities
If Up n Around organizes, sponsors, co-hosts, promotes, or sells access to official events, separate event terms may apply. Event participation may involve real-world risks including travel, venue conditions, weather, crowds, illness, injury, property loss, third-party conduct, cancellations, changes, age restrictions, and local laws. Users are responsible for their own transportation, safety decisions, conduct, and compliance with event and venue rules.
We may change, postpone, cancel, remove, refuse entry, revoke access, or remove participants from an event for safety, capacity, legal, operational, payment, weather, venue, or policy reasons. Refunds, transfers, substitutions, and credits will depend on the event-specific terms, app-store or payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
Advertising, sponsored content, and affiliate offers
If we offer advertising, sponsored posts, paid placements, recommendations, affiliate links, brand partnerships, creator campaigns, or self-serve promotions, advertisers and participants must follow applicable law, platform rules, our Promotions and Contest Rules, and all required disclosure rules. Paid or sponsored relationships should be clear, truthful, and not misleading.
Advertisers may not promote illegal, deceptive, unsafe, hateful, exploitative, infringing, discriminatory, adult, or otherwise prohibited content. We may reject, label, limit, remove, or require changes to ads or sponsored content. We do not guarantee ad delivery, performance, reach, conversion, ranking, or availability.
API, developer tools, integrations, and data access
If Up n Around offers an API, software development kit, webhook, data export, integration, partner access, automation tool, or developer account, additional developer terms, documentation, rate limits, security requirements, review processes, and access restrictions may apply. Access may be approved, denied, limited, suspended, or revoked at any time.
Developers may not scrape, sell, broker, re-identify, misuse, or combine Up n Around data in ways that violate law, user expectations, our policies, or developer terms. Developers must protect tokens, secrets, user data, and integration credentials; honor user deletion and permission changes; provide accurate privacy disclosures; and report security incidents promptly.
Feature availability and changes
Feature-specific terms may be updated before or when a feature launches. If a feature materially changes data use, payments, safety risks, user obligations, or legal terms, we will update relevant disclosures and provide any legally required notice or consent.
