Account or sign-in help
- Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen if you have a verified email login.
- A phone number helps friends find you; it does not sign you in or recover your account by itself.
- Include the email connected to your account when contacting Support. Do not send your password or verification code.
Report a problem or share an idea
In the app, open Settings → Help & Feedback. Choose a category, describe what happened, and keep the reference number shown after submission. Helpful details include your device, app version, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem.
Safety, abuse, or unwanted contact
Use the in-app Report and Block controls when available, then contact Support if more context is needed. Up n Around Support is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Privacy, deletion, and accessibility
You can delete your account from Settings. For privacy-rights requests, see Privacy Choices. For accessibility barriers, see our Accessibility Statement or email Support.
